Two Children under 12 can stay free during Sani Stagger Weekend, and only pay 50% of the meal rate:
- A maximum of 2 x U12 children per room, on a single sleeper couch
- The rate for an U12 child will be R500 for the weekend per child.
- R250 per night per child for additional nights.

OR

One teenage child (12 to 19) can stay on the sleeper couch:
- Maximum of 1 teenage child (12 to 19) per room.
- The rate for a teenage child will be R1 600 for the weekend
- R800 per night per teenager for additional nights

NOTE: This room can be booked without sleepr couch option

EXTRA NIGHTS
Runners can add extra nights before or after the Friday and Saturday nights of the Stagger package.  These will also be dinner and breakfast inclusive, and the rate for each night will be one half of the package price you have chosen.  This will be added to your balance to settle.

PAYMENT TERMS
- A R1 000 deposit secures your booking.
- Final balance is due before 30 September. You will receive an invoice reflecting your booking, your deposit and your balance to settle by 1 September.
- You can amend the details of your booking, such as meal preferences and King or Twin set up - but not the room you have booked.  Please email [email protected] with your change requirements.
- A cancellation fee of R500 will apply up to 30 September.
- Bookings not fully settled by 1 October, and not received in writing at [email protected] before 30 September, will lose the booking and forfeit the R1000 deposit.
- From 1 October to 30 October a 50% of total booking cancellation fee will apply.
- From 1 October to 30 October a R500 admin fee will be charged for any changes to accommodation bookings.
- From 1 November no refunds will be offered, and a R1 000 admin fee will be charged for any changes to accommodation bookings.
- From 1 October to 6 November a 20% cancellation fee applies to injury induced cancellations, if supported by a note from your medical practitioner.
