REFUND POLICY:

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION (in case of injury/illness)
in cases of cancellation due to one of the following events:
• An accident, serious illness or death of the runner;
• A serious illness requiring hospital care or death of a spouse or registered partner, ascendants or descendants in the first degree within thirty days prior to the event.

For any refund request due to injury/ illness, a total refund of the registration fees will be considered upon the presentation of a valid medical certificate or any other official document, up to 10 days following the event

Incomplete applications will be considered inadmissible. For more information, please call 230 5 2505934 

CANCELLATION OF A REGISTRATION (other than illness/injury) 
The refund of registration fees paid will be made by the crediting of the bank account used for registration:
Cancellation fees (excluding banking charges) will be as follows:
Before the 31st of March 2018-  a 100% refund
Between the 1st of April and the 25th of April 2018 – a 60% refund
Between the 26th of April and the 07 th of May 2018 – a 30% refund
After the 07th of May no refunds made

Swapping of race numbers is not allowed.

Any request for cancellation of registration must be sent by e-mail via the Contact: [email protected]. No withdrawal made by telephone or fax will be accepted.

ANNULATION D’INSCRIPTION (en cas de blessure)
Au cas où un coureur demande à annuler son inscription du fait d'un des événements suivants :

•un accident, une maladie grave ou le décès du coureur lui-même, 

•une maladie grave nécessitant une hospitalisation ou un décès atteignant son conjoint ou concubin notoire, ses ascendants ou descendants au premier degré, ce dans les trente jours précédant la manifestation. 

Pour toute demande de remboursement lié à une annulation pour cause de blessure un remboursement intégral des frais d’inscription sera effectué sur présentation d’un certificat médical ou autre document officiel au plus tard dans les 10 jours qui suivent la manifestation

ANNULATION D’UNE INSCRIPTION (autre que blessure)
Le remboursement des droits versés à l'inscription sera fait par un re-crédit partiel du paiement sur le compte bancaire associé à la carte bancaire utilisée lors de l’inscription, dans les conditions suivantes:
Avant le 31 mars 2018 – remboursement à hauteur de 100%
Du 01 avril au 25 avril 2018 -  remboursement à hauteur de 60%
Du 26 avril au 07 mai  2017- remboursement à hauteur de 30%
Après le 07 mai 2018 aucun remboursement ne sera effectué
Aucun échange de dossard n'est possible.
