Description of the Course

Enjoy a scenic ride on rural and gravel roads, single track, sand and rocks through the Pongola Game Reserve and past the Jozini Dam.
General Information

Riders need to be over the age of 15 years.

The ride entry fee is R16 000 and includes: 4 nights dinner, lunch, breakfast and accommodation, as well as all drinks. All participants will also receive a cycle jersey and a medal.

Passports are required in order to be part of this elite event.

There is a limit of 100 riders.

Non-riders will be charges R6 000 per person and this fee includes accommodation, breakfast, lunch and supper, as well as all drinks for 4 nights.

The event is a 3 day ride where each day sees an average of 90km.

On the 2nd, entrants will go through registration at Pongola Country Lodge where they will also be staying the night. The Pongola Country Lodge will also be the start of the race on the 3rd (first day of the race).

Day 1, the 3rd, entrants will start at the Pongola Country Lodge and finish at the Jozini Dam. On the Night of the 3rd, entrants will be transported from the finish to the Jozini Tiger Lodge.

Day 2, the 4th, entrants will start and finish at the Jozini Tiger Lodge, where entrants will stay for the night.

Day 3, the 5th, entrants will start at the Jozini Tiger Lodge and finish at Coco Rico Mozambique which will be the accommodation for the night.

Day 4, the 6th, entrants will be transported back to their vehicles at the Pongola Country Lodge.
