Clinique Bon Pasteur and ROAG (Race Organisers Admin Group) have joined forces to ensure a quick and efficient booking system as we race to beat the current global COVID-19 pandemic.

ROAG is Africa’s leading sports event online entry platform with years of experience in taking entries for some of the continent’s most important sporting events. With their experience they have been able to quickly create a platform for easy, practical and efficient COVID-19 vaccination bookings.

If you want to win the race against COVID-19 all you need to do is click on the REGISTER FOR EVENT button above and book one of the available time slots.

There is now need to waste time holding on a telephone call, or rushing to the clinic just to book, or frantically checking mails as you wait to get your COVID-19 vaccination appointment. Now you can do it all online (including making payment).

The efficient ROAG system allows you to book available appointments for the Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) BOOSTER vaccine, for both you and your family (dependent on the availability of vaccines provided by the Ministry of Health and Wellness).

Everybody booking will need to register with ROAG as a “race entrant”, but once you've received your BOOSTER vaccine you will be ahead of the pack in the race to good health. 

A NOTE FROM THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH: You may only have your Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) BOOSTER vaccine if you had your 2nd vaccine (Sinopharm/Covishield/AstraZeneca/Sputnik only) dose before 16 August 2021. If you fail to respect this rule, you will be liable under the Quarantine Act and Regulations.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You can book your BOOSTER vaccine or 1st vaccine appointment online and pay Rs300 for your single-shot COVID-19 Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine. Very limited time slots of 30 minutes apart are available on a 'first-come-first-serve' basis. Once you have booked and paid for your vaccine appointment you will receive a confirmation email.

COVID19 Vaccination Appointments:

Bookings for COVID19 BOOSTER Vaccination or 1st Vaccination can only be made on the ROAG’s Platform. In order to make a booking, you must register on the platform.

Payments: 

All payments by EFT must be completed and cleared by the bank at most 24 hours before first dose’s appointment.

Appointment day - No-show:

No refund will be applicable if you don’t attend your COVID-19 Vaccination appointment. 

Rescheduling / Cancellation Policy:

The appointment cannot be rescheduled or given to someone else.

Cancellations will only be considered in the following case:

Upon medical advice by the doctors at the vaccination centre – 100% (less an admin fee) refund by bank transfer or by credit card reversal.
