Rules & Regulations

* No team vehicles will be permitted to follow the race.
* This is due to there being no road closure and the course comprising a lap format with several turn-points.
* There will be a neutral service vehicle and motor-bike carry essential spares for riders who may need mechanical assistance.
* Any teams caught following the race will have their riders disqualified.

Route Maps

80km Race
Starts and finishes on the main road, just outside La Petite France (same venue as the Karkloof Farmer’s Market).
Participants will head away from Howick and continue on the road past the turn-off to the Karkloof Country Club, to the end of the tar road where there will be a turn-point. Riders will then head back on the same road past Karkloof Country Club and then La Petite France, before making a U-turn in the dip just before the right turn to St. Johns, and return to the La Petite France start/finish point.
Riders will complete two laps of the course for the ‘80km’ race (which is slightly short of 80km).
There will be a water table on the route.

40km Fun Ride
As above but only one lap.
