OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION ABOUT EVENT
This is a "double header" for the Quattro ROAG Series Powered by Momentum:
It is the ninth and final event on the 2021/2022 Quattro ROAG Series Powered by Momentum;
This is the opening event of the 2022 Quattro ROAG Series Powered by Momentum
MTB SERIES
Please note that to qualify for the ROAG Series:
· Nippers, Sprogs, Sub Juniors need to take part in the 20km
· Youths & Juniors need to take part in the 45km
· Seniors to Grand Masters need to take part in the 65km
· E-bike riders do not qualify for points in the ROAG Series
TRAIL SERIES
Please note that to qualify for the ROAG Series:
· 18 years & Under need to take part in the 7km Trail Run.
· 19 years & Over need to take part in the 10km Trail Run
IMPORTANT NOTES:
For the 2021 Series results:
Points for the series will be calculated according to the 2021 age grouping (this does mean some rider will be placed at the event according to 2022 age category but will be placed for the series according to their 2021 age and thus be classified in a different age group).
For the 2022 Series results:
Points for the series will be calculated according to their current 2022 age grouping
A few riders who changed age categories from 2021 to 2022 will be racing in two different different categories because this event stradddles both series, and so will have to make a decision on which distance (and thus which series) they are racing. For MTB this will be particularly relevant to sub-juniors who have moved up to youth in 2022; and juniors who have moved up to senior in 2022; and for trail running, juniors who have moved up to senior in 2022.
