General

Fundraising on ROAG allows participants to raise money for ROAG registered charities through races, when registering to an event. 

For Donors

All donations are securely processed online via the ROAG platform. Once your contribution to a fundraiser is successful, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.

Yes. ROAG retains a platform fee 10% to cover transaction costs, platform maintenance, and support. The remaining funds are transferred to the charity.

Yes. Donors can choose to display their name or remain anonymous when making a donation.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If there is an issue, please contact ROAG support.

For Charities

Funds are distributed to charities after the event or fundraising campaign ends, according to ROAG’s payout schedule.

Funds raised on your behalf are transferred directly to your organisation after verification and reporting.

Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.

ROAG works only with verified charities and provides transparent reporting on funds raised and distributed.
