Description
1. WHAT IS FOOT GOLF?
Foot golf is a sport in which players kick a soccer ball in a hole in as few shots as
possible.
2. WHO CAN PLAY FOOT GOLF?
It can be played by men and women of all age. It is easy and accessible to anyone
beyond 12 years old. Being in good shape will be advantageous.
3. WILL EQUIPMENT BE PROVIDED?
We will provide our own equipment. You want you can bring your own soccer ball but
we will not be responsible for any loss. -
Foot Golf Rules
FOOT GOLF RULES:
Using only your feet, get your foot ball into the hole with fewest number of kicks as possible!
1. Your ball must be easy to identify.
2. Wait for the green to be clear before playing or ensure players in the group ahead are
out of range before taking your shot.
3. Only kick off from the tee box provided.
4. The ball must be played in a single kick each time. Foot and ball should not be in contact
before the kick.
5. Play the ball as it lies. Ball may be marked and lifted if it is obstructing another player.
Any loose obstructions can be moved without incurring a penalty.
6. If a ball is deemed unplayable it may be dropped in play, no closer to the hole, with a
one kick penalty.
7. The ballsituated furthest from the hole shall be played first. Kick off order is established
based on the best score from the previous hole. (i.e., the lowest number of kicks)
8. Players should not play shots simultaneously. -
General Information
FOOT GOLF INFORMATION:
1. TEE PAD: The teeing ground is the area from where the player starts the game.
2. DROP AREA: Dropping zones are usually used when it is not ''feasible or practicable'' to kick the ball.
3. GREEN: The area where the grass is kept shortest not far from the hole. 4. BUNKER: An area on the golf course to provide a difficult obstacle for the players.
5. HOLE: A circular hole in the ground also called cup, which is used to score points.
SCORING: • 1 point per kick • 2 points in bunker (penalty) • 1 point for HOLE IN ONE (scored in one kick)
DRESS CODE: Headwear: Flat cap, golf hat or something similar Torso: Polo short or a sport T-shirt Bottoms: Soccer shorts, sport leggings or something similar Shoes: Soccer shoes without cleats or any other sport shoes Sandals and swimwear are prohibited.
