AGT Eston Classic (aka Xmas Classic)
The AGT Eston Classic (or the AGT Xmas Classic as it was before the weather gods intervened) has always been one of the most enjoyable events on the trail running and MTB calendar. Riding and running through the beautiful Virginia Trails with family and friends makes this event a perfect way to get jolly in June with your riding and running buddies.
Dress up in festive gear (just make sure you wear a helmet if you are MTB rider), race your kids, chill with your significant other, or just enjoy a gentle outing with mates ... the options are limitless for a morning of festive fun.
The low entry fees are virtually a Christmas present in June to you, and U6s can even enter some events for free ... and it is a fundraising event so your entry really will be giving a belated Christmas present to the Nippers Pre-School in Eston.

The new date for the AGT Eston Xmas Classic has been confirmed as a June 4th.
Dear AGT Eston Xmas Classic entrant,
Good news … as an entrant in the postponed AGT Eston Xmas Classic at the end of 2022 you are automatically entered in the AGT Eston Classic and have a free pass to “Get Jolly in June”.
After the weather-enforced cancellation of the Xmas Classic, the event organisers have managed to find a new date and have wisely opted for the driest time of the year to hold the revamped AGT Eston Classic on June 4th. The venue will still be Virginia Trails and all the pricing and distances remain the same (including the free entries to the under 6s).
ROAG, the event organisers and the Nippers Pre-School (the event beneficiary), have agreed that everyone who was entered into the Xmas Classic will have their entry transferred to the new date, so you are automatically entered into the new event on June 4th.
As entry administrators, we at ROAG understand the new dates may not be acceptable to all, but because this is such a key fundraiser for the Nippers Pre-School in Eston, we ask entrants who cannot take part to consider donating their entry fee to the school. The Nippers Pre-School in Eston rely on the proceeds from this event for funds to continue operating each year.

with bank details or phone 031 261 2951 in office hours and an 80% refund of your entry fee will be processed. The remaining portion will be used to cover bank, admin fees and other costs incurred by the school due to the cancellation of the event in December.
If you do not contact ROAG before March 30, we will assume you are taking part on June 4th, or donating your entry fee to the Nippers Pre-School.
