Boards & Bibs
* Please note that the reusable ROAG MTB boards and reusable ROAG trail running bibs will be used for this event.
* Please bring your board or bib to the event. If you do not have one, you will have to purchase a new board of bib at registration.
* New MTB boards are R50 and trail bibs are R20.
* Elite timing will be timing the event using RDFI chips and barcodes. If you do not have a chip (a clear sticker with a silver metallic insert) on your board (probably stuck to the back) and a barcode on the front, you can get new ones at the event. Chips cost R10 and a barcode sticker is free.
* No timing chip - no time - no result
* The bibs and boards can be used at the next ROAG event so do not throw them away.
* The timing chip is NOT the barcode which is used for backup timing.
* Please ensure your number board / bib has the correct numbers and the barcode number matches the number on your number board.
* If your number has a letter before the number (A, B, C, D, E or F) this is part of your number and without it you will not be timed correctly.

PLEASE NOTE:
For the Quattro ROAG Series at the Illovo Eston Trail Challenge, ROAG will revert to the standard points structure.
MTB SERIES
Please note that to qualify for the ROAG Series:
· Nippers, Sprogs, Sub Juniors need to take part in the 18km
· Youths & Juniors need to take part in the 40km
· Seniors to Grand Masters need to take part in the 60km
TRAIL SERIES
Please note that to qualify for the ROAG Series:
· 18 years & Under need to take part in the 9km Trail Run.
· 19 years & Over need to take part in the 18km Trail Run.
