Tents are for Riders Only 

All Tents will be available as from the 10th October at 1pm until Monday 14th October at 8am.  

NO Outside tents allowed in the Race Village 

=>Single Tent (x40) - Rs 1500 pax (For 1 person only, 1 mattress - No extra mattress allowed) - As from Thursday night  

=>VIP Tent (x12) - Rs 6000 (For 2 persons only, includes 2 beds, 2 bedside tables, 2 mattresses, 2 pillows) - As from Thursday night 

Colin Mayer Tour Jersey

The first paying 100 riders (50 teams) to enter for the full-stage team & E-Bikes race will receive the official jersey 2024 offered by our sponsor Aerosporting.

Full stage riders’ fee includes all meals at the race village:

Massage Services

Massages and Physio treatments will be available through-out the event by our partners W+ Life Health and Wellness Centre.

*All categories are subject to change. A minimum of 8 participants (4 teams) is required before the end of April for sponsorship reasons.

But don't worry, categories will still be noted in the final timing results.

Medical

C Care our medical partner will be available at the Race Village and on the course and will be accessible to assist any participants and spectators for any emergency needs.  

In case of emergency, each rider will have an emergency number on their race board. We encourage each rider to keep their phones on them during the race.

Daily schedules with specific timings will be released closer to the race. Stay tuned on our social media pages. 

Prize Giving Ceremony

The main prize giving will take place after the 3rd Stage on Sunday afternoon.

*The Kids prize giving for will take place after the Kids Race on Saturday afternoon (as from 5pm).

*Category winners of each stage will be called up to the podium daily to get their leader jerseys. 

*If a podium winner during any of the stages is not present for the Sponsor Jersey hand over, he or she will forfeit the main prizes given during the final prize giving on Sunday.

*Category winners of the overall race, as well as 2nd and 3rd place, will receive main sponsor giveaways as well as overall 1st/2nd/3rd place medals.

*No prize giving for the day riders. 

Kids Race Start Times

Kids Race - Saturday 12th October 2024

• 2:15pm: 11-13 years old - 8 km

• 2:45pm: 9-10 years old - 4 km

• 3:15pm: 6-8 years old - 2 Km

*Please note that the Kids race is not timed. 

**The Kids prize giving will take place after the Kids Race as from 5:30pm.

***Prize giving: 1st/2nd/3rd Boy and Girl in each category

E-Bikes

- No ungoverned E-bike is allowed to enter the event.

- All Bikes need to be governed at a maximum speed of 30km per hour. Bikes will be tested before the start, every morning.

- There will be no prizes or category winners, It is for participation and enjoyment only.

- Any Full Stage Rider being helped by an E-bike will be immediately disqualified from the event.

     Early bird (till 31st May) - Rs 3000/person

     Normal price (1st June to 6th Sept) - Rs 3200/person

Team Full Stage & E-Bike Full Stage - Solo | 11-13 Oct 2024:

     Early bird (till 31st May) - Rs 7500/pax 

     Normal price (1st June to 6th Sept) - Rs 8000/pax

Free T-shirt yes but no cycling jersey for all riders.
