Hyrox Simulation Race 2025
HYROX is a global fitness race combining running and functional workouts — 1km run + 1 workout station, repeated 8 times. Held indoors in high-energy venues, spectators stay close to the action from start to finish. The race format is the same worldwide, with global rankings and a World Championship at season’s end.
Open to elite athletes and everyday fitness fans alike, HYROX is for everyone. This event attracts a diverse and growing audience worldwide, making it an excellent opportunity for brands to connect with an active, health-conscious community and align with a dynamic, expanding movement.

Take on the HYROX challenge as an individual.

Duo - Team of 2
Find a partner and take on HYROX as a pair, running together, but splitting each workout station as you choose. Teams can be made up of either 2 x Men or 2 x Women or 1 x Man and 1 x Woman.

Relay - Team of 4
Perfect for gyms, corporates & groups of friends. As a team of four, each teammate will complete 2 x 1km of running and 2 workout stations. Teams can be made up of either 4 Men or 4 Women or 3 Men and 1 Woman or 3 Women and 1 Man or 2 Men and 2 Women.

MEET THE ORGANISORS:
We are Alicia Lamusse and Chandré Ramdenee two friends, fitness lovers, and proud moms with a shared passion for wellness and community. After competing at HYROX Cape Town in July 2025, we came home inspired and ready to bring that energy to Mauritius. We are thrilled to launch the first-ever HYROX Simulation Race in Mauritius an inclusive, high energy event where challenge meets fun, and everyone’s welcome.
