Le Morne Dash (Saturday 4 July)
Le Morne Dash is a time trial vertical challenge, starting at 2:00 pm on Saturday 4 July 2025. Limited to 50 participants. Starts will be given with a 1 min gap between each runner. The race is a one-way ascent from the foot of Le Morne Brabant mountain to the Cross. The descent is not counted in the timing. Dare to ascend Mauritius’ iconic UNESCO World Heritage site: Le Morne Brabant Mountain. Tackle 3.3 km with a challenging 500 m elevation gain through the “Slave Path”. Inspired by vertical kilometre challenges but unmistakably Made in Mauritius. Face history, embrace nature, and set your record on this monumental backdrop. The iconic mountain is calling.

Xtreme 50km (Saturday 11 July)
Dodo Trail Xtreme 50 km starts at 5:00 am at Emba Filao (Le Morne) and finishes at Riverland Mauritius (Tamarin).
The Xtreme 50 km is a journey reserved only for flying dodos. You will cross the southwestern part of the island, from Le Morne to Tamarin, on the most technical and rustic trails of the island, passing through 10 private estates. You will be in the heart of the native forests and will overcome 7 epic summits that will require your utmost determination.

Squad 50km (Saturday 11 July)
The Squad 50 km starts at 5:00 am at Emba Filao (Le Morne) and finishes at Riverland Mauritius (Tamarin).
This is an ultimate adventure, combining team spirit and endurance. This 4-step relay race is the perfect opportunity to discover the arduous Xtreme 50 km with a diverse team with challenges adapted to everyone. Passing on the technical trails through 8 private properties and 5 spectacular peaks, this thrilling event will offer breathtaking views and lasting memories.

Trooper 25 km (Saturday 11 July)
Dodo Trail Trooper 25 km starts at 7:30 am at the Black River Gorges National Park parking lot (Black River) and finishes at Riverland Mauritius (Tamarin).
The Trooper 25km is a great challenge for robust runners. You will start in the heart of Black River Gorges National Park to conquer two peaks whose names alone give goosebumps: the Macchabee Kiosk and the Tamarin Tourelle. Known for its technicality and its extreme vertical profile, this trail is designed only for the most daring of dodos.

Venture 10 km (Saturday 11 July)
Dodo Trail Venture 10 km has 2 start batches: Batch 1 at 8:00 am and Batch 2 at 8:30 am at Walinzi, Yémen Maingard, and finishes at Riverland Mauritius (Tamarin).
The Venture 10 km is a serious challenge! Don’t be tamed by its shorter distance. The technical nature of the course and the heat of the western trails will undoubtedly burn your wings. Relatively short but uncommonly hard, your goal is to conquer La Tourelle Mountain, from which you will be rewarded with spectacular ocean and mountain views.

Rookie 5 km (Saturday 11 July)
Dodo Trail Rookie 5 km starts at 9:00 am at Walinzi, Yémen Maingard and finishes at Riverland Mauritius (Tamarin).
Here’s a trail for explorers and nature lovers. Discover the savanna-like forest of the West Coast through accessible and relatively flat trails.
This is a great challenge for kids, short-distance runners, and anyone willing to discover or re-discover the joy of running in nature.
Branded items can be ordered online up until 1st June 2026.
Order when registering for your race, to receive it on bib collection day on the 8th July.






The participants’ parking lot will be in the surroundings of Riverland Mauritius (Tamarin).
Shuttles to each race start will be provided to participants as follows:
Xtreme 50 km: Shuttles to Emba Filao from 03:30 to 04:00 a.m.
Squad 50 km runner #1: Shuttles to Emba Filao from 03:30 to 04:00 a.m.
Squad 50 km runner #2: Shuttle to Chamarel Kiosk, leaving Riverland Mauritius at 05:30 a.m.
Squad 50 km runner #3: Shuttle to Black River Gorges parking lot, leaving Riverland Mauritius at 06:30 a.m.
Squad 50 km runner #4: Shuttle to Matala, leaving Riverland Mauritius at 08:45 a.m.
Trooper 25 km: Shuttles to the Black River Gorges parking lot from 06:00 to 06:45 a.m.
Venture 10 km: Shuttles to Walinzi, Yémen Maingard, from 06:00 to 07:45 a.m.
Rookie 5 km: Shuttles to Walinzi, Yémen Maingard, from 07:00 to 08:15 a.m.
Limited parking spaces are also available at Walinzi, Yémen Maingard.
Repatriation shuttles to Riverland Mauritius will be provided to Squad 50 km participants and DNF participants as follows:
Shuttle leaving Kiosk Chamarel at 09:30 a.m.
Shuttle leaving Black River Gorges parking lot at 12:00 p.m. and 02:00 p.m.
Shuttle leaving Matala at 04:30 p.m.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The participant t-shirt is only available on extra purchase.
Prize giving for the Le Morne Dash will happen after the race on the 4th July at Le morne.

BIB COLLECTION FOR INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPANTS
International participants can collect their bibs and merchandise in the Race Village, Riverland Mauritius on Friday 10 July from 9:30am and 4pm ONLY.
In case of cancellation of registration by the participant: No reimbursement will be taken into consideration for any reason whatsoever (even in the case of an injury certified by a medical certificate or for a departure on a trip). Any participant who cannot participate in the race will not be entitled to resell or give his/her bib to anyone. Please note that it is forbidden to run the race with someone else's bib.
Participants registering for the XTREME 50 km, SQUAD 50 km and TROOPER 25 km must provide a medical certificate to participate in the race.
The medical certificate does not need to follow a specific template. However, it must clearly state that the participant presents no medical contraindication to the practice of trail running in competition, including technical terrain and long-distance events.
The certificate must:
Be issued by a registered medical practitioner
Be dated, signed and stamped
Clearly identify the participant
Be issued no more than 12 months before race day
Explicitly mention no contraindication to competitive long-distance trail running events
Any medical certificate that is incomplete, unclear, altered, unsigned, unstamped, or not explicitly mentioning the absence of contraindication to trail running in competition will be rejected without appeal.
Please take note that the Rando-Trail & Nature (RTN) medical certificate for the year 2026 will aslo be accepted.
