Parking for the event will be at Mont Choisy Public Beach
In the event of cancellation of registration by the participant, no refund shall be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to injury supported by a medical certificate, illness, or inability to attend due to travel or personal reasons. Any participant who is unable to take part in the event shall not be entitled to resell, transfer, or give their race bib to any third party, whether free of charge or otherwise.For the avoidance of doubt, participation in the race with a race bib registered in the name of another participant is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule may result in immediate disqualification, exclusion from the event, and/or any other sanction deemed appropriate by the organisers, without entitlement to refund.
Participation in the Marathon and Half Marathon events is subject to the mandatory submission of a valid medical certificate. Said medical certificate is not required to follow a specific template; however, it must expressly certify that the participant presents no medical contraindication to the practice of competitive long-distance running.
The medical certificate must strictly comply with the following conditions:
- Be issued by a registered and licensed medical practitioner
- Bear the date of issue, as well as the signature and official stamp of the issuing practitioner
- Clearly identify the participant (full name)
- Be issued within six (6) months prior to the date of the event
- Explicitly state the absence of any medical contraindication to competitive long-distance running events
- Any medical certificate that is incomplete, non-compliant, illegible, or does not meet the above requirements shall be deemed invalid and rejected without appeal, and the participant concerned shall not be authorised to take part in the event.
- A Rando-Trail & Nature (RTN) medical certificate valid for the year 2026 shall also be accepted.
