Collectif Arc-en-Ciel (CAEC) is a Mauritian civil society organization dedicated to advancing the human rights and wellbeing of LGBTIQ+ individuals. Founded to promote equality, dignity, and social inclusion, the organization addresses systemic discrimination through a combination of advocacy, legal support, and community engagement. CAEC plays a leading role in shaping national conversations on equality, working at both grassroots and policy levels to create a more inclusive society for all sexual and gender minorities in Mauritius.

Community Wellbeing: Offers essential psychosocial services, including art therapy, peer support programs, and counseling to strengthen community resilience.
Public Awareness: Organizes national Pride events and IDAHOBIT commemorations to increase visibility and foster public dialogue around LGBTIQ+ issues.
Institutional Training: Conducts sensitization workshops targeting schools, institutions, and the general public to reduce prejudice and promote inclusion.
Policy Reform: Engages with local and international stakeholders to advocate for legal recognition and protection against hate speech and discrimination.
