Association Kinouété is an organisation committed to the rehabilitation and reintegration of people affected by incarceration. It supports individuals during and after their time in prison, helping them rebuild their personal and social lives.

Holistic Reintegration: Implements specialised support projects for detainees, ex-detainees and their families during both pre-release and post-release phases.

Professional Empowerment: Facilitates job placement, supports small businesses and income-generating activities and promotes vocational training and capacity building.

Psychosocial Support: Provides support in and out of prison through counselling, case management, peer support, and reintegration activities to strengthen emotional wellbeing and social stability.

Health & Safety: Integrates suicide, HIV and STIs prevention, and relapse prevention initiatives into all core support programmes.

Research-Driven Action: Utilises evidence based data such as the 2025 "Barriers to Reintegration" study to guide and improve ground-level interventions.
