Home-Based Rehabilitation: A dedicated team of 13 physiotherapists and 3 occupational therapists provide essential treatment directly at the patients' homes.
Specialized Medical Check-ups: Coordinates annual multidisciplinary assessments at C-Care Wellkin to monitor cardiac, respiratory, and orthopedic health.
Life-Changing Equipment: Provides and maintains specialized technical aids such as motorized wheelchairs, hospital beds, and respiratory ventilators.
Psychosocial Support: Offers professional counseling and emotional guidance to help families cope with the challenges of long-term care.
Education Advocacy: Works closely with schools to ensure children with muscular dystrophy have the necessary infrastructure to continue their education.
