MDA supported by sponsors and donors, provides essential care and services to individuals living with muscular dystrophy. It offers medical equipment, regular multidisciplinary assessments, and weekly home physiotherapy to improve quality of life and monitor disease progression. The organisation also provides psychosocial support and shares up-to-date information with families on the condition and global advancements. It currently supports 59 beneficiaries aged 8 to 60 and promotes social inclusion through activities such as annual outings.

Specialized Medical Check-ups: Coordinates annual multidisciplinary assessments at C-Care Wellkin to monitor cardiac, respiratory, and orthopedic health.
Life-Changing Equipment: Provides and maintains specialized technical aids such as motorized wheelchairs, hospital beds, and respiratory ventilators.
Psychosocial Support: Offers professional counseling and emotional guidance to help families cope with the challenges of long-term care.
Education Advocacy: Works closely with schools to ensure children with muscular dystrophy have the necessary infrastructure to continue their education.
