I chose to fundraise for Society for Aid to Children Inoperable in Mauritius (SACIM) because their mission truly matters.

SACIM supports children in Mauritius who require life-saving medical treatment abroad—something many families simply cannot afford on their own.

As I prepare for the Dodo Trail 25KM, I wanted this challenge to stand for more than just a personal goal. Running 25KM is tough, but it’s nothing compared to what these children and their families go through every day.

If my effort can help even one child get the treatment they need, then every step will be worth it.
