East Coast Trail 2026
The East Coast Trail 2026 is being organised in full alignment with the core charitable objectives of Lions Clubs International, whose global motto "We Serve" embodies a longstanding commitment to community welfare, health promotion, and humanitarian service. All proceeds generated from this event will be channelled towards the charitable activities of the Lions Club de Flacq, including community health screenings, blood donation drives, support for underprivileged families, educational sponsorships, and environmental conservation initiatives in the eastern region of Mauritius.
- Tract 1: Fun Walk & Run: 6,5kms (from 5 years-old to 90 years-old) at Rs 700.00
- Tract 2: The Lions Run: 15kms (from 13 years-old to 90 years-old) at Rs 1,000.00

Medical
Professional medical teams and offroad trucks will be present at strategic points on the site for quick intervention.

Parking
Free parking will be available at Central Flacq Market Place (In front and at the back, near Cité Hibiscus). Check Trail de L'Est Facebook and Instagram pages for more info about parking and shuttle service.
We strongly encourage participants to carpool. Parking is on a first-come, first-served basis. A free shuttle system will be available from Central Flacq Market to the event venue at OCS Santé, Constance.
Last shuttle for the races will leave as

Mufasa: 7:30
Scar: 7:15

Refreshments
Food and beverages will be served after the trail. Kindly select your food preference while registering for Trail de L'Est 2025.
Special note: Each participant will have to make necessary arrangements for their own refuelling (water etc), even if the Trail de L'Est Organizing Committee provides refuelling station at different checkpoints.
