Running is more than just a sport to me. It’s a way to connect with the world around me — to breathe fresh air, feel the ground beneath my feet, and experience the beauty of nature.

The trails, roads, forests, and open spaces that make running possible are gifts from nature, and I believe it’s our responsibility to give something back.

Every step I take is a reminder that we depend on nature and nature depends on us.
